  After returning the car I asked for the bond and they said they had to wait to check the car - a few weeks later they said there would be a cleaning fee. But then nothing didn't return any of the money. A year of emailing various different staff and they did refund a total of $500 in two installments.

  I hope the record keeping has improved since to allow bond refunds and fees to be processed in the first month after a hire.

  Really great car rental place, Easy to deal with considering i'm 19 (traveled for business) They were slack with the receipt but honestly when i called them the second time they dealt with it straight away.

  Before we didnt know this rental shop, we had a lot of troubles to rent a car at other rental shop. But the people in this rental shop were very kind, and so nice. Whenever we have a question about returning car, they always tried to reply very quickly and they gave us so detailed explainations about everything. I know there are many other rental shops, which have many troubles when we actually return the car or get the deposit back. But this rental shop was very trustful, we're very satisfied with their quick process. If you plan to travel in tasmania, highly recommand!
